The split window clip doesn't work with the late apron, and deck lid.
The motor doesn't have the power for those rear tires.
I'd put a 8-71 blower on that small block, and a split deck lid and apron.
Then I'd drive it anywhere, and everywhere. _________________ Good Luck

Don't forget that super beetle front clip. It needs atleast 66 and older front end treatment. |

No expert, but I know what I like. I disagree on the early front. The car is all curves and the Super front stays with that theme. That was not an accident...Totally done on purpose and it matches the decklid..
This is one of those rare cars that I can't say "Yeah its really nice, but...." _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone - 63 Short pan,1914.

Some think that if your beetle has a padded dash, it's an engine donor. Some think that if it has push button door handles, it's a boat anchor.
Do what you want. Ignore the elitists. Drive your VW. Enjoy life. |

Found while browsing the Los Angeles craigslist:
Built on a 1931 Ford Model A frame.
Ad says 'Many parts in/on this vehicle are new or have been gone through and made to look old on purpose.' Haha.
For some reason, I like it. |

Not homebred, it was offered as a fiberglass kit. There is a red one around here in the summer months. _________________ nothing |

A lot of bondo on this bad boy! Probably over a gallon on those fender bead areas alone! He couldn't even carry the mid body line below the windows to the rear of the car! _________________ scrapyards are for quitters
