I recently acquired my Car's manual holder, unfortunately some of the lettering has worn off, any tips on how to re-ink the missing paint?

Take it to a print shop, they will scan it add the missing letter, make you a
stencil. Apply the stencil, use proper paint, remove stencil. Easy pesy.

Print shops don’t use stencils or paint, a sign painter might. Find a book bindery that restores hard cover books they’ll take care of you.

I work in a print shop and yes a well equipped shop can
Do this.

Looking at your pictures, instead of trying to match the faunt and paint, I would have remove the current paint, and have a stencil made.
