1. Paste the link here, that's all you need to do.
Type: https://youtu.be/l952qzT93Zc
and people will have to click on the link and go to YouTube to watch it
Or
2. Paste the link here, then highlight the link and press the "YouTube" button on the Post a Message screen it will wrap it in the [youtube] tags and people can watch it here without having to go to YouTube.
Type:

| [youtube]https://youtu.be/l952qzT93Zc[/youtube] |
and it will display in the post, like this:

Ignore the "code" stuff above, that is just so I show you what was typed and it won't display the video like the second part where it does show it.

Been having trouble posting to the forum. Every time I do I get a captha page asking if I'm a robot and then proceeds to lost what I just typed.

Email me what you are posting so I can check it out.
If you hit "back" you should not lose the text and it often works the 2nd time.

I followed your instructions, and the code appears in the response window, but not the video like your example.
Highlight the You Tube link, hit YouTube button to wrap, and that's what appears in the response.

You think you can make the thumbnail window 16:9 Everett? It cuts off thumbnails now that it's not 4:3.

Does it look correct now?
I copied the current default "Embed" code off YouTube for this site - the dimensions were different than what was currently in use.
It is now 560x315, which is a 16:9 ratio
