Hello all,

I just received my Evap hose kit from German Supply, and I am unable to find any good diagrams for this system. The manual doesn't have one for my year, nor does Ratwell. I've seen a few related posts, but no good overviews. This is a firewall-mounted charcoal canister, if that helps.

Thanks!

Seems to be thoroughly covered here: http://www.ratwell.com/technical/FuelHoses.html

This diagram applies to the 77 fine, the location of the canister is the only difference, the plumbing is the same (canister goes where #27 is).

Ya, I've been using that for a general overview, but it doesn't really help me identify the parts in the kit:

Now add a 12mm hose from the left side of the fan housing nipple to the left side nipple on the firewall mounted canister. Add another 12mm hose from the right side canister nipple to the EEC valve on the air cleaner. And #27 fuel vapor hose goes to the little nipple on the right side of the canister on the 1977 model year bus.

Thanks for this, I am working my way through reassembly and this will help a lot.
