I recently bought some narrowed tie rods from Sam. Well, during the first shipment the long tie rod poked through the mailing bag and was lost in transit. Sam, quickly got another long rod made and shipped out quickly. I really appreciate a good seller, but what makes them a GREAT seller is how they handle problems. Sam is a GREAT samba member/vendor.

Purchased a 36hp motor from Sam today. He even met me while he was under the weather and help load it into my truck. Stand up guy, and I can’t wait to deliver my beetle to him for metal work.

I bought a beam from Sam that was described incorrectly in the ad, an honest mistake that he admitted to. He stayed in contact with me to facilitate a return and gave me a refund with return shipping without any trouble.
