My 1970 IMP #2062 is almost ready to be street legal. Need a pair of decals to make it complete. Anybody out there making them?

I'm interested in a set of these as well. My imp should be done by spring, hopefully.

I'd like to take a poll.. while I can offer decals that resemble the original badges, OE badges are next to impossible to come by. So.. I may have a way to make repops of the OE badges.. 3/16 or 1/4" plastic, with the raised portions where they should be and a simulated chrome finish that will be part of the plastic. I have a ballpark of what it will cost me to do it (and it ain't cheap), so I need some feedback from Imp owners what they think a reasonable price point would be that you would pay for a "real" badge. And, how many would be interested?

I would buy a set. I bought the decals originally. I must be getting old because I don’t remember what you charged. I actually never put them on because I thought I might repaint and didn’t want to ruin the new decals. Now I can’t find them. Again, I’m getting old. Would $200 cover your costs and leave you a nice profit? Does that make me cheap or did I over bid? This feels like an episode of the Price is Right.

Not everybody has an OEM set of emblems, Glenn, that just sit in their desk and won't be used Smile

Jlouis.. It all depends on how many folks are interested to make it viable for me to invest. My initial investment would be 4X your offer, as generous as that is, so I'd have to sell quite a few sets even at $75 or $100 just to break even.

Actually those were sold and were put on a street driven Imp.

Sorry, but I don't have a display case filled with NOS parts.

My point is, never give up on finding NOS parts... they are out there. They just cost $$$$.

Hi, my brother-in-law is restoring an IMP and I would love to surprise him with a set of those decals. Do you still have some for sale and if so how much?
