The front motor is just for looks I think. no carbs, no connection to the second motor. Just added weight.. Maybe spare motor storage..

I think I see a Tee'd manifold of sorts running underneath what I think may be the steering shaft, just outboard of that shroud feeding the missing cylinder tins.

Maybe just missing some parts. I can see open intake ports on the head. also nothing on the front motor in between the crank and the rear motor but looks like it has some flimsy brackets (maybe welded to the crank pulley) on the rear engine that may bolt to the flywheel of the front motor if it had a flywheel on it. Either way I wouldn't want it, but would make a good engine donor for a couple cars.. LOL
