Solid lifters on Mexican FI engine case

Does anyone know if a mexican FI engine case can use solid lifters like CB`s type 2/914 or Scat 20091. The thing is that those lifters look the same as the hydraulic ones used on a FI mexican engine and i have heard from a lot of guys that those lifters are the way to go if you want to use an aftermarket camshaft like Engle, Scat, CB, etc...

Yes , you can use the Typ4 lifters on that case
