Excellent accomplishment! Tremendous pride in doing all work yourself, at home! That's a dream for many VW hobbyists in our country also.

Medium blue interior color goes well with the light grey body.

How did you weld the mounts for the upper shoulder belts onto the door pillars? I'd like to hear how you did that because 25 yrs ago I had a 1950's Beetle with semaphores and also figured out a way.
