When I go to my favorite samba link https://www.thesamba.com/vw/sambahighlights.php
it doesn't show the images on my Mac but will show up on my PC. Any tips before I bring it to the Mac store or to school (I'm a teacher) I'll q&a my tech colleagues.
Stats:
2 yr old Mac Powerbook Pro with 56Gigs available on an ssd drive.
6 yr old work Dell PC laptop which has an i7 chip with a platter HD and Windows 7 16 gig Ram 67Gigs of HD space. _________________ American Red Cross Safe And Well:

Have you considered simply starting with a nicer bus? I don't know what your skills are, but the race is easier if you can see the finish line. If you are not a runner, don't start off doing a marathon. |

I just tried it on my Mac using Chrome and it works so I've isolated it to Safari (Apple browser). Getting close to my solution

Did you install an adblocker for Safari?
All those links are to doubleclick.net (an ad server), even if they end up back on theSamba.
So AdBlock etc will treat them as ads and block 'em.
If that's the case just add theSamba to your whitelist.
I tested with uBlock Origin on Firefox in Windows 10, flicking it on and off disables / enables the list.
edit - Bit odd, hovering over the links in Chrome shows a theSamba.com link, but hovering over the links in Firefox shows doubleclick.net. Same in Edge.
Google owns doubleclick and Chrome, so apparently they're doing something weird with their links. |

Thanks for the post windfish - This is exactly what I was going to post.
We run those links through our ad program so they may be getting blocked as advertising.
Your Chrome hovering is strange though - I see doubleclick when I hover in Chrome. _________________ How to Post Photos
