It is a Tuff car. Its 6" over beam 3X2 arms, 3X3 rear. It has a turbo Quad 4 Motor that dynoed 264 at the rear wheels.

Looks like a custom built chassis, a big known name brand would have a plaque or badge. ..if you don't have either than assume it is custom built. ..very nice!!
