I see the edge of an OG paint code sticker that says L90D over L60D, in other words Pastel white over Elm green, that's a 71/72 only color combo available only on microbuses (Stationwagons), never on campers in North America. The VIN and M plate for an all Pearl white 69 Kombi with a Westfalia kit don't match up with that paint sticker. The disc brakes also say it's a 71 and since it lacks a type 4 I'm saying that's a 71 deluxe with someone elses VIN.
You can stick your head in the sand and leave it as a 69 camper, but if it ever gets into the hands of the law and they figure that out they may just take it away from you as well as lay some nasty charges in the process.
