OHH Shit!
So this is how it's done?!
I've never figured out the key thinga ma jig so I've been welding my doors shut and grinding them open when I need to drive next..
Your video couldn't have soon enough..I'm getting low on grinding discs and touch up paint..Thanks Erb!
PS..Would your method also work on my house? I've been locking it the same way as my VW..Bad thing happened once though as I forgot my grinder inside..I had to go to my shed (Wood doors, haven't figured out how to lock them yet) and get my chainsaw to cut a hole in my wall to get in..

Can you make a video on how the slider lock works from the inside? Mine locks with the key from the outside, but the little knob on the inside is stuck in one position. THIS IS FOR REAL, NOT JOKING. Need your expertise on this one. P.O.S. PO probably messed with this just like he screwed everything else up on my bus. Thanks Erb! |

My Passenger door lock seems to work exactly like my drivers door. Does this mean my passenger door lock is broken? Also, it seems the key has to point towards the back of the bus for my passenger door too, do I have a drivers door lock on my passenger side door? Please advise. _________________ Brutis Patches Izabich: 1970 VW Transporter - 1776cc DP

When closing the sliding door, rotate the handle clockwise to ensure the door is fully closed. If the rear of the door is sticking out a little bit, this will draw it the rest of the way to the body. This also alleviates the need to SLAM the door to get it to close. When you do this, you will also hear some interlocks inside the lock mechanism moving around. You should now be able to lock the slider using the inside knob. Be advised that you will NOT be able to unlock this door from outside now. The inner and outer locks are independent of each other, at least for an early bay. _________________ Shawn

Now I’m confused. How to I open the slider door from the inside of the 72 Campmobile I don’t see a handle or lock mechanism shown in the video. I have a sink there I always get out and open from the outside
Is there a video on retracting an OEM antenna? I keep twisting and twisting it but nothing happens. Can’t find the procedure in the owners manual I should probably check the Bentley _________________ Keep on Busin'
