I may require a drink- but I believe I can actually help you for my first time!

It's a mid- 60s Fiat Spider wheel sans horn and hub. Cool

... growing up, my dad had a 1962 Fiat 1200 Spider and I think it had that steering wheel and so, I Googled it... yup, that was it... also used on the 1957 Fiat- Stanguellini 1200 Spider "America".. then in 1964 he traded that Fiat in on a new 1965 Karmann Ghia convertible.
In the mid 1970s, a friend and I bought a 1967 Fiat 1500 Spider for $100, knowing that It burned oil... we drove that thing all day, with the top down to see how far we could drive it without adding any oil... when it started knocking real bad, we drove it further into NYC, parked it and removed the plates... no wet oil appeared on the dip stick. Then took a subway to my friend's apartment... he said, that Spider sat there for 3 weeks until it was finally towed away... by the way, we covered almost 300 miles that day into Jersey, Connecticut, Mass and back down into NY... shouldda' taken that steering wheel... was a beauty.
