All the early Ghia Convertible rear windows were plastic.

Mid 1969 they introduced the glass rear window, 1969 1/2 through 1974.

149 431007 was the last of the vinyl windows.
That being said, you can get tops made for the newer models that eliminate the glass and use vinyl.
You cannot (without massive work and a donor car) put a glass rear window into an earlier year.

Keep in mind, the Ghia Convertible Glass is not like the Karmann Beetle Convertible glass though.
The Ghia glass window is hinged and has to dropped down into the Convertible tub before lowering the top.

I am told that this feature does make for great flow through ventilation with the top up!
