found this tucked in behind my passenger seat of my recently acquired bay window purchase. it was really dirty and i attempted to clean it up but sadly the paint started coming off. it has wooden trays inside that are rotted in places but decent overall.

It's either really old or it's a replica of something. It's got the cogwheel logo.
