Got plenty more pictures just been slacking on posting them. All OG bolts are CAD plated.
Plus getting all the 67 year old sh*t off of her.
NOW back to her glory!

May I ask where you got the cadmium plating done? It's getting more and more difficult to find a plating shop that will do it.

Where did you get replacement bushings for the beam control arm openings? I bought a pair from WW, but they are way too big for the beam openings, even thought they stated they would fit my 1950 standard. |

Thanks but it really only added .5 lb to the beam and 6 lbs to the chassis not that bad overall. |

I can't get the ones that I purchased from WW to fit at all. Reaming won't help - the ID of the beam is too small for the OD of the bushings I've once seen NOS bushings for sale on the Samba, but none since. |

Thanks it's a split standard and I want to do it the right way and super excited to add another split to the Texas scene.
Plus I love how cheap they are to restore properly! |

Looks like Hell inside but the teeth are perfect!
This is why you get your cases tumbled!

Not really should be red on drain plugs and filler cap but I'm paying homage to my mentor with his red paint.
