I've had a challenge with blowing fuses for my brake lights. I discovered if I remove the wire from the brake switch to the directional switch the fuse does not blow.

So wire 1 blows fuse 2.

I dont understand why a brake circuit goes through the directional switch. The directional switch is also a repop from WW.

What is my next step to troubleshoot this?

Thanks,
Martin

Not sure the technical terms but your blinkers and your stop light use the same filament in the bulb. One is the running light the other is brake/blinkers. I bet something is grounding out.
