Pretty cool sidecar.
But the bike is very interesting. It's running a dual port engine.
When I first looked at the pic. I thought it might have been a Ural (Russian BMW stylized) motorcycle.
But the frame through me off that idea. Looks like some kind of sport bike frame for the VW engine to rest in.

There's a lot of good work on both the sidecar and the bike.
