Looking for this door seal for Vanagon 1991

Hello

This is my first post here. We recently got a 1991 Westfalia and one of the door seal on the passenger side is twisted and torn (see picture). According to GoWesty it's apparently very hard to find. I am wondering if someone here would have a source to find it or would be willing to sell me a good shape used one.

Seal part number is 253-837-913

Retaining rail is 253-837-931

Have you any pictures of how it mounts on the inside of the door?

You can try using 3M Weatherstrip sealant to glue it back together. It comes in traditional yellow and also in black.

It once was available but has slipped into unobtanium in the past few years.

There are several threads discussing this seal and Vanagon ventilation.

Junk yards are your friend.

There are a few sets FS here in the classifieds. Doors must be pulled to exchange them but that's a big deal on T3s.
