If this was true, I would believe that most sellers would pony up the $15k to pocket an extra $85k after the sale, that is if it could really bring $200k. But, as we all know, almost everyone tries to sell a project with a promise of a few dollars worth of sweat equity and a big return for the next buyer. I'm sure most cars are sold "mid project" because the owner is tired of dumping money in them and they see no end in sight to the project. |

The first ad was removed because it sold to the 2nd person.
The 2nd ad was restored as it was not a repost - the person bought it and was reselling it.
