Looking for advice on BRM rim vs tire size

If i want to run 153s up front should i use a 4.5 or 5 inch rim? the car has a 3" narrowed adjustable beam

Assuming you mean 135’s. Either will work fine.

Are there any concerns to be aware of running 6.5" rears on a 62 lowered 2 splines?

I have 17x7 BRMs I'm trying to put on the rear of my 60 Rag and I'm having clearance issues. Hitting the adjustment plates and my sidewinder exhaust I'm looking at using a wheel spacer.
