That doesn't make sense to me. I've used a torque wrench on all of the CV bolts many times. Yes, I've done it multiple times even with the vehicle resting on the ground. What was the issue you ran into with using a torque wrench?

Get a long ~4" triple square bit and then use an extension to reach the outer set of bolts. Easy peasy. You can drive one side up on a curb or some blocks to get more working room underneath.

Yeah, I'm not seeing the access problem either. I use a gigantic 18" long flexible beam torque wrench here to get it dead on.

That aside, I'm concerned whatever shop is doing whatever here is simply going to check if they're at XX torque and their wrench clicks. Boom, done, here's your van back. Aaaaaaaaaand 3000 miles from now the first one fails, putting stress on the remaining ones which fail in quick succession over the next miles and you're beside the road.

What you did is literally the poster child for overtorqueing fasteners. You tightened them with an impact wrench! You need to man up and remove them and replace them all. Very high odds you have them WAY over their limits.

I know its not what you want to hear but this is intended to HELP you avoid a problem I believe you have created.
