Here's my 2110 powered Ghia engine compartment. Obviously I chose function over form - no wire or hose management whatever but its all mine - built it myself just like so many other VW's I've had. Its not the fasted thing on the road but it does just fine with the 4:37 final drive. Its a great gear ratio for my locale. Keeps the rpm's up and the motor cool and the AC cold. With 100 degrees oil temp is right at 205-210 after a 30 minute drive.

so would they have had to chop up a very early 25 hp to use the case sections to weld to a new aluminum case? I love the thought of making a new case look old to give you much more hp than an okrasa build
