I’m thinking, no. Run the IDFs. Why not consider FI? _________________ Keep on Busin'

I hate my ICTs. The seals in them around the throttle shaft are garbage. I’m looking to upgrade to IDFs, actually.
If you decide to toss yours, please let me know. I’ll probably buy them off of you and just get a roller linkage. Though, if you haven’t seen a roller linkage, I suggest you look into it— it looks to be as “set it and forget it” as dual IDFs can get with the linkage... _________________ '74 ShagWagen

Never thought about FI...for many moons I heard bad things about FI, I believe that is why when I acquired my bus the FI was missing and duals were on there...
I have a progressive carb that my bus also came with, I believe it's a solex |

I would send those IDFs off to Blackline Racing and just have them rebuilt and set up for your application. They are supposed to be the best around at that sort of thing. Money well spent.
