Turn signal stopped working today, fuse OK. Decided to clean the lever contacts and while doing so I found this terminal caught on another terminal on what I believe is the ignition plug-in. WTF. I put it back together and the van starts and everything seems to be working without it. Anyone have a pic of what it is supposed to look like and can it be repaired or do I need a new lever mechanism.

I forgot what it is, it might be for the rear wiper, it is bolted sandwiched, the mounting bolt goes through it from what I recall.

My turn signals are a little better but still making intermittent contact if I wiggle the lever.
