I'll chime in.
This is a carbon copy of my first car from 35 years ago. 1970 cobalt blue sedan. I just.completed a full restoration two weeks ago!

Here's my 1970. Original pans and body. Never molested. Solid metal underneath with Fluid Film ooozing out of every body seam.
This is my daily driver. Stock 1600 DP. Nice tight original 4 speed gearbox. It was a little overcast and rainy when I shot this pic. It was up on the ramps to adjust the valves and I also replaced the passenger mirror.

My 70 that I purchased... yesterday!! First VW and loads to start learning. Shoot first time really working on my own car besides oil changes and brake pads.
