Looks to be an angled vent window frame and no emergency flasher knob in the dash, so I'd say 1965 would most likely be accurate.

'65 wouldn't have the horn ring (even though mine does now).

I am leaning towards '65. Easy to swap the horn ring (maybe having to file the steering wheel, though) than swapping out all switches (or at least knobs), and that door with the quarter window. I am betting someone replaced their old steering wheel and opted for one with the horn ring.
