The brasilian Variant, Notchback and TC are much more like a Karman Ghia. The only thing they have in common is the motor.
They look a bit like a type3 - but they have an other floor, front and rear axle.
2 years ago we imported a Variant, a TC, some SP2 to germany. First i also said that they were brasilian type3s - but they arenīt.

This is my 1979 brasilia, it basically sits on a balljoint type1 pan. Brasilias
have an upright engine unlike some of the models they have in Brazil.

Love the car, especially that horn button. It's very different from anything I've seen in the Northern Hemisphere...

Finally I finished my rear suspension. After many problems, I got solved all problems with the support.
Later I post more pictures of the project and the handmade suspension. I'm very excited!!!
