I am repairing my 2001 VW New Beetle front interior door panels. The door panels have some cracks that I am repairing and I am going to reupholster the door inserts and paint the rest of the panel.
I removed the door panel power door and window switches. Both the drivers side and passenger side interior power door handle plastic clips broke off as I removed the part. The interior power door handles are held in place by plastic clips at one end and a tiny screw on the the other end of the power door handles insert location in the panel door. Any ideas on how to replace the broken clips?
The window switch on the drivers side door simply sticks out on one end of it insert location and will not remain in place. The passenger side window switch does the same. Any ideas on how to fix this?
