Brazilian copy of the Bosch 010 or 019. I would have to see the internals to tell which it is.

Poor quality compared to the genuine Bosch unit.

The earliest Brazilian copies were ok and had a lot of German componnets inside them. That is a later veersion and the tolerances of the internals are not very tight. Beyond the outside housing the metals used are inferior to the German product.

Still, a cool period piece, especially for an old school '70s-style hop up.

Not really, brand new that had a bit of slop and in old rusty condition, you'd be better off with a Chinese 009.

They make a good wheel chock.

BTW, there's a NOS on in the classified for $125. A NOS German 009 are over $200.

So do Chinese 009s, so the owners think.

I had a later NOS unit that sounded like a soda can with rocks in it when you rotated the shaft. Time will tell the story with yours.
