I think this was in Hot VWs....Like the car a lot except for the wooden lights....Just doesnt go with it. Actually, the more I look at it, the more the wood bothers me....I honestly don't know what they were thinking, because the car has a real nice "elegant" look to it, but the wood looks so much like and afterthought. Its a shame, because otherwise it looks amazing.

I fully expected to see Florida plates, but I guess Georgia is close enough. $15k? Shocked

Pointless
So many V8's would have that "thing" a real fun, and usable/racable car.
The rear tires write a check, that even two VW motors can't cash, much less the lack of cooling.
The only thing cooling on that engine is the carbs icing as the heads melt off.

Thank you. Everything about this car is wrong. It's like wearing converse with a tuxedo...you want to be "quirky" and "different" but you look like a fool. There's no difference between this thing and a mid-eighties Honda turned gasser. It's just not right. The engines, I can sort of understand, I guess. If you want to run two grenades instead of an LS with the same horsepower, go ahead, but the overall gasser look is wrong on this car.

I have been considering a 1984 Mazda pickup gasser build with a Citroen drivetrain, Centerline Convo's, White walls, and a pintle hitch pulling a hay wagon. Do you approve?

LMAO! I do not!

That's a given. But they don't have to look like they were built by children.

At least he wholesale bought into it with the 80's video game console instrument cluster. Laughing

I'm kinda curious about whether or not the Honda 600 in the cage has been converted & to what degree.

I like that the steering wheel is the same generic chrome one that I've seen on dozens of bugs (including my two when I got them!), simply painted green and bolted on with two large bolts (which aren't even centered) instead of the original three. Laughing

Given a choice, I'd Roll the Tesonda, the Toyota is too boy racer.

Thank you. I had been trying to put my finer on why that modern appliance was so uninteresting. You nailed it.

How does one install a fart can tail pipe to an electric car anyway?

Maybe one of these?

To each his own, I guess. I like to drive and the "Tesonda" is not a driver's car. The BR-Z/FR-S has been compared to the E30 as being one of the most responsive and nimble chassis ever made. I would think the builder of the electric one above built it for a purpose and retained as much of that as he could despite possibly adding weight.
