since there is really no show information in this thread, here's what is outlined in the show listing section:

The 26th Annual Terryville Bug-A-Fair will be held on Fathers's Day Sunday June 17, at the Terryville Fairgrounds, Town Hill Road, Terryville Connecticut from 9am to 3pm. 40 Show car classes for both aircooled and watercooled VWs with over 100 awards and best of show awards. Car registration opens at 9am, judging starts at 12 noon and awards at 3pm. The show also has a large swap meet with over 75 vendors selling used and new VW items. Food all day provided by the Terryville Lions Club. Camping is allowed Saturday night for $15 a vehicle. Clean, modern restrooms with hot showers on the fairgrounds. Spectators admission is $9, show car and driver is $15, swap meet vendors $30 per large space. For additional information contact Bill Arute (860) 395-9964 or [email protected] or visit Connecticut Volkswagen Association, www.ctvwa.org

i'm hoping to make it this time, as it's been a few years since i've been up there. gonna depend a lot on the weather (forecast).
if i do make it, i'll be sure to bring the mega-sized 'anything on this sheet is $1' pile.

Does anyone know if dogs are allowed? I don't plan on camping, just spectating as I did 20 years ago.
I can't find anything saying no dogs. The only info is the events of the day and camping info.
Thanks, Scott

and for those misbehaved dogs I have burn your sphincter HOT snausages for the little bundles of love.

I tried them on my dog. no ill effects, other than a deep howl when they spray paint the grass with liquid brown

I should be there in Tub Bus. Finally got this pile running. Need to do some short bursts around town and to Worcester to work out any kinks. It's been a long time since I've been to the Terryville show grounds.

Alright, I’m putting out the request. Everyone who’s vending and/or swapping - please bring your bay window parts! Don’t leave them at home! People (including me) are buying bay window parts including everything from engine parts to interiors.

All kinds of crap. Decent set of solex pdsit 32-34’s that are rebuildable, late westy table, fresh air vent levers for dash, 75-78 stove pipes that connect to heater boxes, late bay rear westy bed pad that sits on parcel tray.

Well, if the RMV and Insurance starts align, I hope to pick up my van and be on the road after a 3 year hiatus on Friday. I'll camp somewhere Friday night and then onto Terryville on Saturday.

If anyone is looking for water boxer stuff - hoses, coil, pulleys, oil breather, etc., I can bring it as a 1.8T is going in, so I won't need WBX'er specific items.
Anyways, PM for a list or a request.
