I think there is a thread about this. But it involves carefully drilling out the breakaway bolts used to install it. New breakaway bolts are available, too. |

Nuts should be welded to the body. _________________ In Stereo, Where Available! |

So the nuts welded to the body?
When drilling the old screws, those nuts are not damaged? |

Yes. Only if one is super duper good at drilling out the bolts. Which is why the other solutions for removing the bolts in that thread would be better. Especially if one is not very experienced at removing threaded fasteners. _________________ In Stereo, Where Available! |

The image above you can see the LH nut in the reinforcement bracket under the speedometer. _________________ In Stereo, Where Available! |

Thanks much for the picture, it's much more understanding now.
I think this job is not easy, need to drill from the bottom the old screws, and after that need to take out the broken screws that left in the nuts, probably WD40 will help here. (This job should be done very carefully not to damage the nuts) |

Well center punches were created for such, but if you have to ask, it is probably a bad choice for you to drill it out.
Use one of the other solutions in that thread instead. _________________ In Stereo, Where Available! |
