I was looking at the local TV listings online and an ad popped up:

I think the author is a rather big hypocrite
he's part of the very issue he has issues with. (as are we of course)

That's Josiah, he's a photographer and writer who's been at Solstice the past few years. I was wondering why he had those kids (models?) and their mountain bikes with him this year... _________________ Joe T.

I was in Costco last week and saw a stack of air mattresses for sale. On the box the air mattress was depicted in the back of a Vanagon. Seems like everyone is jumping on the bandwagon these days.

My new computer doesn't have a DVD drive but last night we watched "The Whistleblower." It's a film about the UN peacekeeping mission in Bosnia after the war and how they got involved in human trafficking and prostitution.
The detective in the film is trying to get a couple girls out of the racket and requests an armored vehicle. she is not able to get one but her partner says, "I can get a vehicle, it's not armored but they built them strong."
He takes her to a Vanagon. _________________ 87 syncro tintop

Tried looking the movie up on IMCDB.org and this is the only one I spotted, unnoted in the vehicle listings.

I tried to see if I could find it on youtube. There was one version but the image was reversed and cropped. Here is the dialogue's exact words-
"The van just sits here. It’s no problem. It’s not armored like you want but it’s heavy like a tank. It’s OK, they don’t build them like this."
It's at about 41 minutes in.
Spoiler alert-
The van gets destroyed in an abduction. _________________ 87 syncro tintop

Its not often you see the words 'Lotus' and 'ugly' together but those cars were butt ugly - to go along with 'completely unreliable'. _________________ '84 Vanagon GL 1.9 WBX

Those cars look to have had their super soft suspensions tuned by the same guy that did my grandfather's Rover P5 and my friend Alan's 2000TC. It needs anti-roll bars front and rear!! _________________ '84 Vanagon GL 1.9 WBX

What a joke, the owner talks about avoiding money pits like Vanagons and then goes on about the $400,000 vans he's selling. _________________ Currently:
