Remote will lock doos but will not unlock them, any ideas?

Hello, my remote will lock the doors but it will not unlock them, any idea what could be wrong?

No idea, my crystal ball is a bit cloudy but I think it says that you have a VW, maybe a silver one, with a sunroof. Would it be a Passat? It says it must be a 2004..... no, maybe a 2014?

Replace the battery in it. When the batteries start to go dead, they will only lock the doors. Factory security protocol built in.
