Iam restoring a July 52 Split 11 G currently. I've test fitted the 4 rubber door wedges onto the doors and tried to close doors. It is impossible to do so as they appear to be slightly bigger than the original ones.
Is this an indication of the wrong part or just another crappy repopped part ?
Anyone run into this before ?

They could be oversize wedges. I have grinded those (on the bottom side) to fit.

I guess you can't get exact repop parts.
Most parts have too be modified to fit . Sad isn't it.
