Just picked these up from WalMart last week. 1960 Microbus Deluxe 21 windows, 1/24 scale and well detailed. The green one has the sunroof molded open, the orange one is closed. Front doors are actually hinged along with the rear hatch and engine compartment lid. Colors are wrong for the year, and the side doors don't open, but they sure look nice @ $20.00.

By REALLY nice you mean expensive, huh? The detail is amazing. They look like they would fire up and drive.

today's Flea Market find a Big Bandai 13 inches, missing a few parts but working. check out that (type IV) motor action. I have a nice mint one with a type I motor that spins no pistons.

WoW HelmutofBuffalo
Congrats on finding that BANDAI "Bump & Go" VW Sedan at the Flea Market
I just love those very large scale BANDAI VW Sedans
I have picked up some of those BANDAI Sedans in rusty, dented and beat up condition over the years
But I have brought back the life into these "diamonds in the rough" hulk BANDAI VW Sedans into a
special BANDAI VW Convertible where the roof was chopped off and folded Convertible top was added.
I have converted about a dozen BANDAI Sedans into Convertibles so far and
. . . . . . actually have 3 more in the Restor-Version Shop as I write

Hi Bob, really like your work ! As you can see this one needs some parts (steering wheel, front parking lights, antenna and rear bumper was hacked). My question is do you or anyone sell these parts ? I also have one of the original convertibles that needs some pieces. Thanks Helmut _________________ 1979 Type I Convertible |

Sorry HelmutoBuffalo . . . I do not know of any spare parts available for these BANDAI Cabrios . . .
The BANDAI Cabrios used in my Restor-Version projects were complete . . . no missing parts. _________________ Hacksaw BoB

Sorry, Didn't realize These new pictures were out of the box and the narrative did not include M2 Machines. They were Wal-Mart exclusives. I just wrote atopic on some of the 1/24 offerings from M2. |

While working in my grandmothers attic I spied what looked to be a very bus like cardboard box. When I pulled it out and asker her about it, she said that she's had it since 64 when she and grandpa bought a new Transporter. Its been sitting in the attic since 65! She very kindly told me that it belonged with me now.
It was a toy box that the dealership in NC gave to them when they bought their new bus. I wish it was in better shape but I'm stoked to have it regardless.

Here are two Lowlight Ghia models I have had forever. Time to sell these and my other 1000+ parts (and a few cars) that I have collected over the last 30 years. Any advice or offers appreciated. Thx, Soctt

Received this for Christmas. I've never seen the MotorMax brand sitting on a shelf anywhere. Tomorrow I open it up and really check it out.

Picked up this Corgi Panel. Haven't seen one in this color combo. Typically Red and white. Far from perfect, but most of my collection has some wear.
