hello,
where do i get a report of my split, to know what color was it and if the vin matches the original car and engine.
also some parts if somebody has it...
im restoring the car right now.

Unfortunately, there is not an easy path to the data you seek. VINs are not coded for equipment like with newer cars.
Even the VW Museum, who issues "birth certificates" (eventually) will not tell you your engine, number, though they can confirm if a number you supply is correct for that VIN.

It may or may not include color. For that, you are best advised to look in nooks and crannies not usually repainted for basic original color, and consult the color charts here on the Samba.

Regarding parts, try to make friend with other VW owners in your area.
The probably have some parts, but 51 parts are rare and hard to get.
