Help identify engine case

Its a 1641 type 3 motor. Prob a replacement case, but do these numbers tell us anything?

To me the number on top could be a date the engine was line bored 40 over.

Does it have a number on the rear of the case by the vent, like most on the right case half? It is likely a universal replacement. Does it have a dipstick tube on it that perhaps got crushed closed? I bought an engine once like that.
