I'll be in the look out for a few of these brackets that go on the floor pan bolts. They hold the EVAP line in place. Also looking for a A/C pulley like the one in the photo. Thanks in advance.

I will be at the show selling off the rest of my parts. I'm moving and I don't want to take it with me.
List of parts I will bring upon request due to size and weight:
+1600sp engine AE case - needs rebuild has some rod knock but no end play movement
+big nut trans axle tubes with inner housings
+Bay window glass
+split bus front axle leaf springs
If anyone is interested in these parts please PM and we can discuss transportation of said items to the show.
The rest of the parts I have vary from bay window bus parts and small split bus parts. Items will be priced to sell! Can't to see everyone at the show. Best part is the ice cream. _________________ Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.

It has everything except the alternator/generator, and distributor, no clutch or pressure plate. Complete with heater boxes, exhaust, carb, intake, fuel pump, cooling tins, and flywheel. Let me know if you're interested. I want the whole item gone! _________________ Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.

When was the last time the engine ran? Is their oil in the engine? How much are you asking for the engine? Any photos of the engine? |
I took the motor out two years ago. It is a trailbash tested bus motor. Engine has oil in it. I turned the motor this week. Looking to get $500 for it. Pics later. _________________ Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.

If anyone is driving in from the South Shore or Boston area, I'd be interested in cruising in together. Definitely checking out some breweries on the way back too
I'm sure it's a huge long shot but I'm looking for the Middle Seat kick panel for a late Bay Window bus too:

How about doing a South Shore show, at least try it. I could probably get Murphy VW to sponsor it. It could be Nantasket Beach related. I could find a space near Weymouth or someplace. I know that BSVOC put some serious efforts in over the years for this area. But I think the club is partially dormant.
But maybe it's time to try a show here, or on the Cape, or in between. I know there are air cooled people living near me. I know of 4 that do not even visit TheSamba, are not that active but might really enjoy a local show.
