Headliner channels

Anyone tackle this and can give me some pointer or is it as obvious as it seems? My rear headliner channel/pinch panel is totally rotted out. Besides the obvious cutting a patching in a piece how do I go about making the pinch channel that hold the head liner in. Again is it just a matter of fabbing it myself or is there a part I can buy. TIA
