Ok thanks for the clarification, I call it "idle cut off valve".
The one on the right does not click, not sure if this is the problem but Im waiting for a replacement one this week, engine should still run on two cylinders, mine just dies"

It might stall out anyway.

If you unscrew the little screw there by the electrical post, it should turn it "off" so that it's not blocking fuel flow for the idle circuit.

Problem solved. Once I replaced the right hand side cut off valve, the car never stalled again however with the new cut off valve the idle went down like by 800 RPM, I brought it back up but not sure why I had adjust the idle again.
