Great find... looks like a maritime garter snake
The bus is OK too.
Get some sealing wax on that patina, it will look amazing _________________ I like caves..

Ha yes, you should see all of the snake skins I found in the bus!
I’ll definitely look for some sealing wax! _________________ 1973 Westy

Nice! And all it took was a bottle of Windex??
That stuff is pretty amazing...
What type of flooring did you go with? Is that vinyl or cork? _________________ -Kent-

It is Linoleum. A local carpet, rugs, mattresses, future store had just the amount I needed rolled up in the back left over from a church that used it. It was $5 a sq ft but I got a 5x6 piece for $30. I think it matches perfect with the patina of the bus.

You're exactly right! The original owner was a teacher in DC and had a summer farm up here. He's retired now and lives up here. _________________ 1973 Westy

Good choice. Linoleum will probably outlast the bus now. _________________ -Kent-

I highly recommend Waxoyl as a patina protector . Its a bit pricey and has to come out of England, it goes on "wet" and weird. Once it drys it looks great and lasts about a year. One can will do 2 applications.
Looking good on the inside! _________________ Fat chick owner/operator |
