Hi,

last weekend there was a huge (approx. 3500 AC VW's) 3-day AC VW meeting in Budel, the Netherlands.
Together with a collegue splitbus driver we organised a splitbus line-up during this event. We received 1 week in advance the approval to do so. So far no-one has ever done this in the Netherlands with split busses in a structural matter (advertising in forums, spreading flyers). 35 (of the +/- 70) split busses showed up in the line-up which was succes. I made 'm park in a circle so visitors where surrounded by Split busses.

The feedback from participants and event visitors stimulates me to continue to work on the first and international splitbus meeting next year (July 1 & 2 2006) ever held in the Netherlands.

Pictures of the event and line-up van be found on
http://www.vwspijlbus.blogspot.com and
http://romeo.messageboard.nl/8717/viewtopic.php?t=70

Wink Please post a comment (using the comments link on the bottem of the post) on http://www.vwspijlbus.blogspot.com if you like this line-up. I would like to get as much as possible feedback.

"undutchables"?

75% of the split bussen in the line-up were Dutch.
Some English, Belgian and Germans joined as well.

If they were in a circle its not a line up, its a ROUND up. Laughing

Was it sort of an egg shape? If so, then it could be called a sunny-side up. Laughing
