Yes, but not worth the effort.
If they where rare, you check for run-out, straiten, bead or sand blast, grind, fill, grind, sand, fill, & paint.

If those are KDF or 16" split wheels- yes, worth the effort.
If those are stock bug smoothies from the 60s- the are boat anchors.
If someone charged you more than $5 each and they are for the above mentioned beetle- that person art a shithead.
