getting ready to narrow and add adjusters behind the beam mounts were 4 plugs what are they for??? can I weld hples and eliminate them???? narrowed a beeam about 8-10 years ago can;t remember what I did then getting old and forgetfull

no plastic plugs on beam behind the mounts found them when I removed the mounts from the beam ??

We're plugs on beam or on framehead?
