There are four little body mounts between the suspension and the body. The two in the front have bolts through them so look easy to replace, while the rear ones look to have studs sticking through them. Any ideas on how to replace the rear ones without having to lift the body off the pan?

The ones in the rear that you are talking about are those by the rear spring plates? If memory serves me right there is a bolt that goes up and into the body. There is a pad between the body and torsion area and then another pad between the bolt and torsion area. Take your time removing those since they often rust. I used a small pry bar to get the pad between the body and torsion bar area in place.
