I get a drip out of the CV's on the hottest days here in Phoenix. Have used Sweepco and now trying Red Tech. Does anybody have there own mix to pack there CV's to get a thicker blend?

Mine each came with a squeeze tube of black moly grease, one per each CV.

Make sure the seal inside the trans drive flange isn't allowing gear oil into the cvs.

If it is an offroad car you do not use the seals, hence my question.

Why not use the seals? Aside from axle float on certain setups.

On an offroad car the axle plunges in and out hitting the cap, knocking a hole in it. When you install the cv flange use silicone on the splines as you install it, then after the snapring is in fill that area with the same silicone. I prefere ultra grey.
