Compact and simple camping rigs that offer sleeping and cooking facilities but no toilet. Their owners are fanatically loyal, and tend to personalize them and give them names. Used ones command a hefty price. Reminds me a lot of the VW camper scene. I wish I could take in their public open house this Saturday, but I'm working.

I grew up camping in one (13' model)

Probably one of the best uses of space ever from a small camper and very simple. Early models had the unfinished fiberglass mat covered in white paint for the interior.

The biggest benefit to the Boler design is that it is essentially just 2 pieces of fiberglass bolted together around the mid portion. Never any leaks!!

Unlike 99% of other campers out there these things stay dry inside and last forever. No crappy aluminum siding to leak, no leaky roofs, no wood framing to rot, no chipboard floors to fall apart, no cheesy wallpaper interior to delaminate. Simple and tough!

Seems similar to the Scamp camp trailers built in Backus, MN and the offshoot Casita camp trailers.

IIRC The Scamp acquired the rights to continue to build (same camper, updated windows and interior).

Never got to see the inside of a Scamp up close, would love to check one out

A 16 foot scamp may have a minimal bathroom

generically called fiberglass eggs

IMHO your standard issue travel trailer is ready for the scrap heap when one corner separates at the seam. the only way to fix that right is to replace both walls. you might as well replace all the walls when it's that far apart.
